There are eighteen women and men with persistent of chronic pain was attend 90 minutes Iyengar yoga sessions at three times for each week during a month. The Iyengar yoga is combining many kinds’ poses of yoga with exercise of meditative breathing. The researcher use weekly questionnaires and he conclude that participants have less pain and have lower anxiety levels than before they start the study. From this exercise, he also concludes that mood is playing important act to reduce their pain significantly. The lead investigator of this research, Dr Sonia D.G. believes that you can be a great pain management tool for everyone who suffers from chronic pain.
