Pay Attention to Soreness and Pain afterWhen you are experience pain after you have specific exercise, pay attention. Understanding on how to react may help you to avoid serious injury. You have to know that strength training of health and fitness may lead to some types of pain like muscle soreness, pain, injury, and cramp. If you use muscles for exercise, you are not suggested to use for a while. You will better try a training technique. If you feel soreness in your muscles, which were trained, it is normal because microscopic tears in fiber of connective tissues in the body caused this pain.

During an exercise or workout, having repeated contractions may cause lactic and acids to build up in your muscle tissue. For this case, it can lead pain without injury. However, if you get a continuous pain, or the pain is accompanied with a burning sensation, you have to get it checked and stop lifting.

In addition to pain, cramps are also commonly occurred when workout. It happens because muscles knot up for intense contraction. The cramps usually happen in the feet or calves. It most commonly occurs in endurance sports such as running and cycling, where the people lose many fluids through the sweating. Hence, it is very important to keep your body well hydrated during the workout or exercise.
